Step 4: Above the vagina, draw a small, erect penis with two tiny, hairless balls.
Step 5: On either side of the teeny weeny peeny, draw two small vaginas.
Step 6: Above the vaginas, scratch in a bunch of wild pubes.
Step 7: Now, draw a bunch of curved lines that start in the upper left and swoop down hatefully to the right.
Step 8: Draw some lines straight down the sides of his fat fucking face that then jerk out just above his ears.
Step 9: Now draw his stupid ears.
Step 10: Draw two flabby lines that go from below the ears to the bottom of his neck. Remember, his neck fat will overflow over the top of his collar, so make sure the lines curve in at the bottom.
Step 11: Finally, draw his collar, tie, and jacket. The collar should pinch his neck into a giant butt and his goofy jacket hangs loose over his old-grandmother's body.
